The workshop was designed exclusively for teachers of SKV Shankar Nagar to understand the science of stress and its impact on mental, emotional and physical well-being.



An Immersive workshop designed to explore the science behind mindful living, emotional regulation and holistic well-being. Hosted at SKV Mayur Vihar Ph-II Delhi, this session was inclined majorly towards responsible use of social media to help students get a clarity of its mindful use in their day to day life.



A guided workshop at Delhi focused on self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for balanced living.
Hosted at SKV, Trilokpuri 20 Block Delhi, this workshop focused on fostering mindful media consumption and strengthening gender sensitivity among students. Through reflective discussions and real-world examples, participants were guided to critically evaluate media narratives, recognize unconscious biases, and develop respectful, inclusive perspectives. The session aimed to empower young minds to engage responsibly with digital content while promoting empathy, equality, and informed social awareness.
